patna:Senior BJP leader Sushil Kumar Modi has written a letter to Chief Minister Nitish Kumar and has demanded dismissal of Pratap Yadav. In the letter, Modi has alleged that Health Minister TP Pratap Yadav had filed a false election affidavit during the 2015 assembly elections and had hidden information about his property. In 2015, Pratap Yadav was contesting from Mahua assembly constituency of Vaishali.
In a letter to Nitish, Sushil Modi has mentioned the land acquired by Aurangabad by Sharad Pratap and has accused him of manipulation. Modi has questioned how at the age of 20, Sharad Pratap Yadav bought 20 thousand square feet of land in Aurangabad for 53 million 34 thousand rupees. Modi has asked, what was the source of income of Tajpratap Yadav that he bought this land?
It is worth mentioning that this land of 20 thousand square feet has taken loan of Rs 2 crore 29 lakh after placing a bank mortgage after a few days. Modi has said that Sharpe Pratap has not mentioned in the electoral affidavit about buying land in Aurangabad and not taking a loan. Sharp Pratap has not even mentioned this land in the information of property deposited by the Bihar government.
Along with the letter written to Nitish, Modi has also sent related documents to all allegations leveled against him. Modi said that concealing information about property in the electoral affidavit is a form of fraud and deliberately, Pratap has tried to hide his benami property.
Modi has demanded that Nitish Kumar should take the cognizance of this whole matter not only from the cabinet but also for filing a wrong election affidavit against him and filing an FIR and taking action.
