Bihar:Another scandal accused on Lalu family, got luxury bungalow in Delhi

    Patna: Former Deputy Chief Minister Sushil Kumar Modi has made new allegations against RJD supremo Lalu Prasad. He said that during his tenure as Railway Minister, Lalu has also acquired assets of crores in Delhi, with the help of Shell companies. A billion-rupee bungalow worth Rs 40 crore is also one of these at the Friends Export Pvt Ltd, Frans Colony of Delhi.
    Modi also said that Lalu Yadav and his family adopted the same route to get the ownership of this plush bungalow, which was to get the land of Patna’s largest mall in lieu of leasing two railway lines of Ranchi and Puri to the Railways. And the owner of the liquor factory was adopted in the matter of crores of land of the family.
    The BJP leader said that in 2008, the name of import and export of diamond and precious gems, AB Export Pvt Ltd bought a land of five crore in Frans Colony of Delhi. For this, amount has been deposited in the form of convertible debentures from Alka Diamond Industries, Real Gold Trading Company Pvt. Ltd., Hema Trading Company Pvt. Ltd. and Yash V. Jewel Limited.
    Sushil Modi said, Ashok Kumar Banthia and Sangeeta Banthia were the directors of this company. In the last three years, these two persons have transferred the rights of AB export in the name of Chakshi Yadav, Tej Pratap Yadav and Chanda Yadav. In this way, the support of a shell company named AB Export, the family of Laloo Yadav has also become the owner of crores property in Delhi.
