patna: While addressing the freedom fighter’s function in Patna’s SKM Hall, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said that it is a matter of pride for me that Bihar has got a good fortune to honor freedom fighters. He said that the President has extended our honor by coming to the program, I welcome him.
He said that we had invited all dignitaries from all over the country, everybody came but I thank the people who did not come. Here all the dignitaries are present on the forum, especially those freedom fighters who are here, who have come from far away, I greeting to them.
Nitish Kumar said that the country which has become a state today, to adopt Gandhi’s ideals, the most needed is to undermine Gandhi’s ideas. We should feel proud that Gandhi had a connection with Bihar so that he started his satyagraha with the help of Champaran’s earth. If Gandhi had not given freedom to the country today, how would such a large democracy be established?
