Kejriwal wants to give 4 crore rupees from government treasury to lawyer Jethmalani in defamation case

    In this regard, the Delhi government has written to Lieutenant Governor Anil Baijal and asked to pay the bill of legal expenses in the defamation case filed by Arun Jaitley against Arvind Kejriwal.

    The Delhi government wrote to LG, the letter was issued by BJP spokesman Tajinder Bagga on Twitter, in which he has been asked to pay the legal expenses bill of Rs 3.86 crore.

    LG Anil Baijal is taking legal opinion on the demand for payment of the bill. This legal bill is the fee for appearing in different courts by the famous lawyer Ram Jethmalani’s Arvind Kejriwal. On this bill Delhi’s Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has given his approval.

    Finance Minister and BJP leader Arun Jaitley has filed a defamation case against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal and other leaders. On behalf of Kejriwal, Supreme Court’s senior lawyer Ram Jethmalani is lobbying in this case.

    Jaitley has alleged that Kejriwal, Kumar Vishwas, Ashutosh, Sanjay Singh, Raghav Chadha and Deepak Bajpai have falsely charged him in the DDCA case. Causing damage to their image.

    Jaitley had led the Delhi and District Cricket Association (DDCA) for 13 years. In Delhi, the ruling Aam Aadmi Party has accused Jaitley of corruption.
