LIVE INDVSAUS: Dharamshala Test wins India by 8 wickets, captures series 2-1

    India have won the Border-Gavaskar Series 2-1 by defeating Australia by 8 wickets in the Dharamshala Test. The first Test match of the series was played in Pune, where the team finished with 333 runs. India won the Bengaluru Test by 75 runs in the series. While Ranchi was having a test draw. On the fourth day of the fourth and final Test, India secured the target of 106 runs by losing two wickets. Lokesh Rahul made the sixth half-century in the series, he remained unbeaten on 51 runs. While captain Ajinkya Rahane returned unbeaten on 38 runs.

    On the fourth day of Dharamshala test, there were two shocks to India. But Murali Vijay (8 runs) was caught by Pat Cummins at the hands of Matthew Wade. India’s spin duo R. Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja took 3-3 wickets. While fast bowler Umesh Yadav also broke the back of the kangaroos by giving three shocks. While one wicket got Bhuvaneshwar Kumar.
