Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh’s Yogi Adityanath government has made mandatory registration of all the madarsas in the state under a special decision Friday. According to the state government, the decision has been taken to curb illegal activities and corruption in the madarsas. In Uttar Pradesh, the management of madarsas was being complained for several months due to disturbances.
This is the second major and important decision of the state government attached to the madarsas after the mandatory mandatory filling of the National Flag in Madarsas on 15th August. In Uttar Pradesh, many madarsas are running without registration and these madarsas are getting the funds from where the state machinery could not find any information about it.
Apart from this, the teaching materials taught in the madarsas also came under the spell of controversy. After which the State Government has taken this decision after listening to these complaints coming in the operation of the madarsas. There are many madarsas in Uttar Pradesh who get financial help from the state government and they get money from many other sources. The government is looking at these.
The Uttar Pradesh government wants to unify the management of the madarsas so that the state government looks after the whole activities of the madarsas. Minority Welfare Minister Laxmi Narayan Choudhary, speaking on the issue Friday, attacked the previous non-BJP governments and alleged that other parties have used the madarsas to increase appeasement and vote bank.
The current Yogi Adityanath wants to impart employable education to the students studying in madarsas so that doctors and engineers can get madarsas too.
