New Delhi: The Income Tax Department has asked summons to Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) chief Lalu Prasad’s daughter Misa Bharti and her husband Shailesh Kumar on Thursday to appear on Monday. According to official sources, Income Tax Department can file a criminal case against Bharti and Shailesh Kumar.against Lalu Prasad’s wife and former Bihar chief minister Rabri Devi and their son and former deputy chief minister Tasvish Yadav can also file a criminal case.
