Pradyumna’s father challenged the High Court verdict Bail to Pinto’s family , in the Supreme Court

Student Pradyumna’s father challenged the High Court verdict in the Supreme Court. The Punjab-Haryana High Court had stayed the arrest till October 7 giving relief to Pinto family, owner of Ryan International School.

The Pinto family filed an anticipatory bail petition in the High Court. The court had asked for this hearing on October 7 to hear the petition. The Pinto family had got relief from the arrest.Pradyumna’s father has challenged this order of the court in the Supreme Court.

The CBI had asked for some time to the High Court for give evidence against the Pinto family . The CBI has not been able to answer the Pinto family so far. However, the court has ordered the Pinto family to join the CBI probe.

Earlier, the Pinto family did not get relief from the Bombay High Court. The court rejected his anticipatory bail petition.

On September 8, at the Ryan International School in Gurgaon, a seven-year-old student, Pradyumna was killed. In this case, the police arrested the bus conductor Ashok. After which the conductor confessed his crime. The case against school owners has also been registered.At the same time, the conductor is currently in jail.
