Honeypreet could not get advance bail, Delhi High Court , told to surrender
Honeypreet’s bail plea has been rejected by the Delhi High Court. – The Delhi High Court dismisses Honeypreet’s bail plea and gives him the option of surrender.
– The High Court said in its decision that Honeypreet has been keeping the arrests from arrest and hence, no special relief is needed.
– The High Court told Honeypreet’s counsel that this is not a case of Delhi. You are spoiling the bus here.
– The court said that it can petition for anticipatory bail in the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

– The lawyer of Haryana Police said that the background of Honeypreet is not clean. If he is in Delhi then he should tell the police.

– The court said why Honeypreet should have a three-week transit bell? On this, Hanifreet’s lawyer said that there is an atmosphere against him in Punjab and Haryana.
– Delhi Police said that Honeypreet is very close to Baba Rahim. The Haryana Police is constantly searching for him. He is not helping anybody in law.
