The Ryan International School of Gururgram was re-opened on Monday. School closed for 10 days because of the murder of a seven-year-old student, Pradyumna. But once again, the Gurujram administration decided to keep the school closed till 24 September. On Monday as many parents open schools raised questions about security at the school campus.
Also, Pradyumna’s father Varun Thakur also opposed the opening of the school. He protested against this by writing a letter to the Deputy Commissioner of Gurujram for this. He wrote that the CBI has not taken the case so far. But before that school has opened up, the evidence can endanger the evidence. They have appealed that if the CBI does not take the case in its own hands, the school will be kept closed.
On Monday only 250 children
Gurujram deputy commissioner Vinay Pratap Singh said in a press conference that on Monday there are a total of 250 children in school, we have to bring back the lost faith of our parents. There is a meeting on guard from the parents in the school, PTM will keep the next Saturday.
He said that half-yearly examinations have been stopped for some time. He said that even if the school is open, the event site is completely sealed.
Vinay Pratap says that the parents who do not want to teach their children to the Ryan School, tell them that we have taken the school to check that security and if not satisfied then we will give them the transfer certificate. We have counseled the children in school today and will also do the same in other schools. Fix the school situation in the next 3 months. In the evening it will be decided in the meeting whether tomorrow the school will open or not. Let us tell you that according to the statement of Education Minister Ramvilas Sharma of Haryana, there are 1200 children in the school.
Children are still scared
Children’s reach has begun as soon as the school opens. A student who came to the school said that he is feeling very scared to come to school but because the school is open, it was necessary to come. The parents who arrived at the school said that because our child is studying in class 11th, we can not harm his studies.
However, after a child came to school, she started crying and fear she was not ready to stay in school. After this, the parents had to take him back. These parents told that after satisfying the security at school, they would send their children back.
Children from school being cut off
There were also some parents who did not want to teach their children in rayon. Madan, who reached school with his son Manas, went to school but took son’s transfer certificate. According to Madan, after killing Pradyumna, he now wants to teach his son to any school other than Ryan. At the same time his son Manas also refused to study in this school.
Chance to tamper with evidence
Praduman’s father said that till the case goes hand-in-hand to the CBI , how can the administration allow the school to open? He said that we will not send our daughter to that school, afraid to send to any school. Varun said that we feel that this incident involves some people from the school, if the school opens again, people will get an opportunity to tamper with the evidence.
Court gives notice to the government
The Supreme Court has sought answers from the Central Government and State Governments for the safety of schools. The court has issued a notice asking what steps are being taken to protect the schools. The court has asked to respond within 3 weeks. It is worth mentioning that after the killing of Pradyuman in Riyan International School of Gurujram, questions are being raised about the safety of schools.
